The cacophony of conservative religious voices condemning queer people can be overwhelming, but these voices are not the only religious perspective. Many faith traditions are strongly supportive of queer and trans people, affirming that the sacred dwells in all people and beings. In this Pride Month service, we will learn about and celebrate some of these affirming traditions from both contemporary and ancient times.
