Becoming Earth explores what it means to live with the knowledge that death is part of every living thing. Through personal story, biology, and ecological reflection, this program considers death not only as an ending, but as a process woven into life itself from cells dying so bodies can form, to bodies returning nutrients to the Earth. Rather than offering easy comfort, it asks how mortality can deepen love, grief, and belonging. This is a reflection on living fully in a temporary world, and on remembering that we are Earth before, during, and after this life.
