Children’s RE

Children’s version of our UU Principles

We believe…

  • That each and every person is
    important.
  • That all people should be treated
    fairly.
  • That our churches are places where
all people are accepted and we keep on
    learning together.
  • That each person must be free to
search for what is true and right in
    life.
  • That everyone should have a vote
    about things that concern them.
  • In working for a peaceful, fair, and
    free world.
  • In caring for our planet earth.

Elementary through High School children will also participate in discussions (at age appropriate levels) about the most meaningful religious questions in preparation for presenting their own ideas during a children’s This I Believe Service later in the year. In September, children of all ages are invited to gather together during the service to discuss the following questions: Read More »

Need Young Actors for Multi-generational Service

We will have a special Multi-generational Service on December 6 and we need your children and youth to participate and help with the service. We are doing a play about winter celebrations around the world. There is not too much rehearsal needed, but a commitment from the children and youth who wish to be a part of the play will be helpful. If your child is interested in having a part in the play, but will not be at the fellowship for the weeks leading up to the play, please contact us so we can make sure there is a part for your child.
