Book Club Picks for Oct, Nov 

UUFF’s Hungry Book Club will meet at 6pm at Susan Fox’s home (directions follow) to discuss “Mindless Eating” by Brian Wansink. This will be a potluck as usual. The book we will be reading for the November 13 meeting will be “Blue Zones” by Dan Buettner. The book club is open to all. Reading the book is recommended, but is not a requirement. Read More »
